johnnykjellström marpol Johnny Kjellström, Senior Advisor, Swedish Ministry of Enterprise, Energy and Communications nfcJohnny’s main areas of expertise are State Aid and Competition law. During his eight years at the Ministry has been responsible for several Environmental, Transport and R&D&I aid cases and the development and implementation of state aid law. He has also been involved in the Automotive crisis management. Before joining the Ministry of Enterprise, Energy and Communications, Mr Kjellström worked at the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Swedish Board of Agriculture. He holds a M.Sc. in Economics from the University of Lund, Sweden.
